Just call me the Wilton girl. Since making those cupcake brownie hamburgers, I’ve decided that I enjoy frosting and baking. And why not? It’s fun, makes me popular at parties and it’s a good hobby. Oh and I get so sick of the goodies by the time I am done that I don’t eat any!
This weekend it was birthday central! But I only made one of the cakes. My friend Darcy’s is 6 months older than me and to celebrate I made this cake. It was a lot of fun, but really hard. Mom helped for sure and was in charge of the sugar cookies. The whole thing was to be iced with “stars” but I eventually gave in and iced it smooth. Ultimately I think it looked better, but still.
Oh and it started with two layers and ended with one. Don’t ask…

I'm so impressed! I know that you are going to be an expert by the tame we do Ethan's birthday cake nexy year...I was thinking of sticking with the clown theme...any thoughts on that?
